Doug was a great help. I was from out of town and picking up a new car (few and far in between). Doug did a great job of having everything ready for me to make the process easy and smooth. His demeanor was very kind and helpful. I recommend him for sure whenever looking for a car. Mark assisted me on the front end via phone. He was helpful, responsive, and concise. He did a great job with filling me in on all the particulars since I was buying site unseen. Jim made the finance part a breeze. Very kind and informative. He navigated different options and answered all my silly questions with grace. All the staff I interacted with were great. Being from out of town, I was treated like a neighbor still. Recommend this place for anyone looking for a car. More

From start to finish this is hands down, no questions asked, the most pleasant experience I've ever had with a dealership. I did the majority of the deal via email/phone and not once did I feel like they asked, the most pleasant experience I've ever had with a dealership. I did the majority of the deal via email/phone and not once did I feel like they weren't taking me seriously like I felt with other dealerships I had been dealing with. I drove 1.5 hours to this dealership to make a deal with them specifically, that is how comfortable and amazing this experience was. Everything was explained perfectly and everyone was unbelievably friendly towards me. Mark and Doug were great to talk to and the finance guy (sorry forgot your name) was great! Everyone is down to earth and friendly. In the future, I will 100% be willing to make that drive again to buy a Silverado that I will be in the market for. Thanks again gentlemen, it was a pleasure!
