My wife and I decided to over driver over to Asheville Chevrolet on July 4th. We wanted to look at a Silverado 1500 the dealership. We thought the dealership closed 1PM. We arrived at 2PM, unannounced. To our surprise. Terry White and the sales crew were still there. We asked Terry, if we could look at the inside of the truck. He gladly went and got the keys. After looking the truck over. I told Terry that I would come back tomorrow. Then we could look at figures. And see if we could work out a deal. Terry (with a smile) said if we had the time. He could get us a figure right then. We figured it might be high. So we figured why not. It saved another trip. The end result. Terry did come up with a working figure. And in 4 hours. We had the truck. Terry was very knowledgeable. And made sure we understood all the options on the truck. Thank you Terry and Asheville Chevrolet. For a very pleasant experience. More

He listens and you feel like he really cares Tony Valentine has been my family's go to guy for years and will be ALWAYS be the one I buy Chevys from!! He listens and you feel like he really cares about getting you matched with the right car. There were a couple of times I was getting overwhelmed with option choices and before I could ask, Tony had the emotional intelligence to see that need more explanation and, like a friend, went over and made sure I FULLY understood to what I was agreeing. When he was showing me my car on the day I picked it up, he graciously made sure EVERY question I had was FULLY answered. And when I had questions a few days later, he was right there, patiently answering ALL the detailed questions I had. AND...!!!! I had said I wanted a trailer hitch as a must have. Tony and Terry Seltzer took the time to explore why and found a work around (I wanted a bike rack - not hauling anything and they came up with a perfect solution!). So bottom line - I can't praise them enough!!! More
