A surprise! While truck shopping can be a rough way to spend an evening, we went out in search of a new towing vehicle. The Ford dealer, who we called first was v While truck shopping can be a rough way to spend an evening, we went out in search of a new towing vehicle. The Ford dealer, who we called first was vague and unprofessional on the phone as to whether they had the vehicle we asked for. We then went instead to our local Chevrolet dealer with the idea of doing a comparison. Joey was our sales contact. He was bright, knowledgeable and personable. He defined the vehicles that met our description, we discussed them, then took us to see the ones we found most interesting. The facility was clean, the cars were close and at no point did we feel pressured to proceed with a purchase. During the vehicle review we became enthused with a particular truck. Joey then had us talk with Terry, who was the negotiator. Being quite personable as well as knowledgeable he impressed us by his skill in knowing "when to hold them and when to fold them"! He is a good listener and we value that. We liked both Joey and Terry and felt confident in our decision to pursue the truck purchase. Never did we get pressured to include various add ons to the purchase price. We did a trade in and never did we hear any discussion of our car putting us at a disadvantage. In summary, this was a great purchase experience. The dealership owner should be proud of both of these employees! Thank you! More
