He went out of his way to answer any questions we could come up with and was extremely personable while doing so. He related to my wife and I on a personal level with small anecdotes and gave us the space we needed when we needed it. When it came time to talk numbers, he never "guesstimated" and always gave it to us straight. It was never about how much better he could or couldn't do. He explained things down to the cent and had no problem going to the credit/store manager with alternative scenarios. I'll be going to Terry every time I'm in Asheville whether I'm looking for a new vehicle or not. More
