There are no words that could adequately convey our sincere gratitude for Teresa’s support and consideration during a very difficult time. Shortly after bringing our cars in for service we had to trave sincere gratitude for Teresa’s support and consideration during a very difficult time. Shortly after bringing our cars in for service we had to travel to a city outside of Houston. During that drive my husband had a medical emergency resulting in 2 surgeries. Hence, we were delayed returning to Houston due to my husbands serious medical condition. Teresa made every effort to ease our minds about rushing back to Houston in order to conclude our “transaction” per se. She understood that I was at my husbands bedside around the clock and that he could not be transported as of yet. Teresa’s ability to ease my mind so that I could focus on the matter at hand was simply priceless.
