Sales manager was courteous (even though unwilling to negotiate on pricing) but totally fair in the long run. Follow up appointment for training tutorial on how to operate was helpful and thorough. The actual purchase was a breeze. Everything was ready to go at our appointment time. Could not be happier with car or the dealership. More
