I went for an oil change a week ago and Randy in service suggested a Roush exhaust On my mustang when he saw my mustang pull up that day. He said it would sound phenomenal and he was not lying. It was put on today in a very timely manner after I got right in as the first customer since I have to travel to Ohio. After it was put on, my mustang was started up and I literally was in shock and awe. One of the best decisions I've ever made in my life, all thanks to Randy, Joey, the man (thank you) who put my Roush exhaust on, and Astro Ford. I'll be back. Thank you for your service. Incredible!! We were planning a trip and needed the vehicle to do so. Damon Culberson handled everything perfectly and made us feel very comfortable that everything would be OK. Randy Adams took care of the issue promptly and was extremely helpful and courteous in doing so. It ended up being a dead battery but they checked out the starter and alternator as well before giving it back to me. I was very satisfied and impressed at the lengths that they all went to in order to make me happy! More

Repair Came in on Friday morning out of the blue after my vehicle was not running and stuck in a parking lot. Service visit after new purchase I bought my new truck late one weekend afternoon and it had a check engine light on. The next business day I went to the services dept and was greet I bought my new truck late one weekend afternoon and it had a check engine light on. The next business day I went to the services dept and was greeted by DJ Wease. I explained my concern and was immediately assured that the problem would be addressed and repaired asap. After showing me to the lounge, he assured me they would get right on it. About 35 mins later the truck was brought around front to me, ready to go along with my papers to sign. No hassle no problems. Astro Ford again has proved to be all they advertise to be. DJ was a great asset to the service dept as well as a customer service professional. Thank you again DJ.
