Since we purchased the vehicle on a Saturday, I returned on Monday with it to have it detailed and had some minor body issues taken care of. They even went above and beyond to replace a missing moulding on the drivers' side which was an aftermarket addition the last owner had done. I was very happy when I left today. I would recommend Astro Ford to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and would definitely buy from them again, especially if we were able to work with Mr. Fore again. More

i bought a used car a few months ago and got a 30 day warranty absolutley love the car cept it recently started making a loud sound when turning the the wheel and getting hard to steer, I took it to a fe warranty absolutley love the car cept it recently started making a loud sound when turning the the wheel and getting hard to steer, I took it to a few places and the all said it was something to do with my power steering but estimated the cost round $300 well i took it back to Astro and i knew i wasnt under warranty so i'd have to pay but still wanted them to look at it well come to find out i had air in the lines and they could fix it the same day for me. They fixed it and i and payed nearly nothing compared to what it would have costed.They have a great staff and i'm deffintily going back for my next vehicle. More

This is the worst Ford dealership. I would not recommend. The best dealerships to go to is Lamarque Ford, Don Bohn, or Slidell Ford. They do not waste your time. Left this dealer after 6 hrs and went to Estabrook Ford and was in and out in under 2 hours. More
