Took my 2019 fiesta in because the air conditioning wasn't working they did a diagnostic and said that the entire system needed to be replaced they wanted almost $2,000 for it. I then took my car to a& wasn't working they did a diagnostic and said that the entire system needed to be replaced they wanted almost $2,000 for it. I then took my car to a&w Auto for a second opinion and the problem was a disconnected cord from when they tried to do the cabin air filter. Simply plugged in the cord to the sensor and magically the AC works again. $0 fix, caused by a careless tech at astro Ford. Update 4/27. Still waiting to even hear back from management... Already been 3 days since I made the service department aware of the issues. More
