Astro Ford

Took my 2019 fiesta in because the air conditioning wasn't working they did a diagnostic and said that the entire system needed to be replaced they wanted almost $2,000 for it. I then took my car to a&w Auto for a second opinion and the problem was a disconnected cord from when they tried to do the cabin air filter. Simply plugged in the cord to the sensor and magically the AC works again. $0 fix, caused by a careless tech at astro Ford. Update 4/27. Still waiting to even hear back from management... Already been 3 days since I made the service department aware of the issues. More

Bad Advertisement - During sales negotiation for a used truck, used sales manager snuck in $1000.00 above advertisement in dealer website. I negotiated and manager agreed to lower $2000 if we purchase Vehi truck, used sales manager snuck in $1000.00 above advertisement in dealer website. I negotiated and manager agreed to lower $2000 if we purchase Vehicle Service Plan (VSP) from the dealership. But finding out again their trickery, they did not lower the price but instead he 'lowered the price' of the VSP. Very Tricky!! But what makes me just forget the whole thing is due to the fact of sales agent Aubry Brewer character and likeability. More
