I found a coolant leak and upon inspection realized the radiator needed replacement. I went to the nearest Ford dealership Astro Ford and had the best experience imaginable. First I met with Joey at parts radiator needed replacement. I went to the nearest Ford dealership Astro Ford and had the best experience imaginable. First I met with Joey at parts department to check availability and he assured me part was obtainable. I then spoke with service manager Andrew who was very understanding of the fact that I was 1350 miles from home and needed help ASAP. We scheduled an appointment thru Megan and then managed to get Paul to verify the diagnosed part was in fact the right one to order, all inside of 20 minutes!! Talk about teamwork! If I lived here I’d be a regular customer. They made me feel like I was at home among friends. Couldn’t have been any better!! Thank you Megan,Joey, Andrew, and Paul!! More

Hospitality stops once you sign the papers!!! Allen was worried about getting my picture and making promises leading up to the purchase, but his follow through sucks. Salesman "Allen" couldn't be bothered to step himself out of the building to even unlock the door to my trade-in so I could swap my possessions after I signed the papers, and took a photo with Astro Ford's sign for their propaganda. Very shallow. Was told I'd get a phone call about getting a spare key. Still waiting for that. Told verbally by "Allen" he'd get the hood lock arm fixed before I rolled out... Still broke. Probably should've made sure it was in writing and inspected it, but that's what you get when you let your guard down at a used car lot masquerading as a true dealership. And to think I was asked to give 5 stars... Earn it. Laura is still cool though. Solid 4 star on the phone salesmanship. More
