Tony was the best! Helped find my perfect vehicle…… and then it all went to xxxx. 7 hrs at the dealership with two kids and a hubby tagging along, only to be screwed over in the end. I was 100% lied to about who my extended warranty was through. I repeatedly asked for a Ford brand warranty. I was told in the end they could work it into the loan, but i would have to bring in an extra $800. He said the loan was for a certain amt and thats what he had to work with and spent about 30 min making the numbers work. Meanwhile assuring me it was ford and never saying it was allstate. They do all paperwork on a tablet and then tell you what the page says and scroll to the bottom and you sign. Afterward they are supposed to email you that paperwork and you never get it, even though you come back the next day asking for it. Finally 6 days after i purchased the vehicle I went in and said I want a copy of my paperwork and oh btw you gave me the wrong warranty. Well even though this is a Ford dealership, they feel like allstate has the best warranties and that is the ONLY one they sell (even though multiple times they said it would be through Ford). After going through all this and being told my payments would be x and they are actually not and oops sorry can’t give you the cash you put on the warranty back, apparently they were done correcting their many mistakes and turned to the well it’s what you signed for and get over it approach. They are correct. I should have demanded to read every word on every page BUT I didn’t and for that I am dearly paying the price. However others can learn from my mistake and NEVER give your business to Astro Ford. Then to top it all off. I took the vehicle in to get the Ford Warranty. They had to do an inspection. Results….. oil leak, problem with the back passenger seatbelt airbag which causes all airbags NOT to work, battery tested low and a tag light out. More

I spent and hour in the morning and an hour after lunch to finalize the paperwork and I drove my Ford Edge (used) home that day. In addition to Blake, the sales manager, Steve in finance, service department and fast lane managers were also helpful. I think Blake introduced me to about 6 people at the dealership. Awesome. Since 2015, I’ve trusted my Fords to this dealership for warranty work an d quick lane service. Never once have I had to recheck nor repeat anything.
