Atamian Honda

i just got home from my visit with this dealership. I arrived and was greeted by a salesman immediately. i told him i was interested in buying the Honda Fit in this next week and that my goal today was arrived and was greeted by a salesman immediately. i told him i was interested in buying the Honda Fit in this next week and that my goal today was simply to get an idea of the cost of the car; that i had tried to build a car on line but found it confusing. he was dismissive from the start saying there was nothing to "build" - that there were only three models. we walked to the cars and immediately he was unable to answer my basic questions about the iPod interface. we went in so he could get more answers to my questions. i reminded him i was interested in building the car to get a sense of total cost. he didn't offer any information; basically stared at me asking what i wanted. i asked about the hitch. he said, yes that was an accessory and it would be an extra cost. so again i asked if we could build the car. again he asked what i wanted. at this point i suggested we talk about extended warranties. he said he couldn't tell me about them because there are 200 of them. so i had to pull information out (what is the mileage range; what is the year range; min and max costs). after this last exchange and him staring at me again i politely told him that he and i were just not clicking and i best go elsewhere. he proceeded to yell at me as i tried to quietly leave the dealership. to the point that everyone was staring at me as i walked out. my last car experience was in a different state; but i'm used to being able to sit down with someone who will kindly show you all the accessories, add up the costs and give you a sense of what the total cost will be. This dealership may be ok, but this salesman was not only not knowledgeable, he was downright rude. i'm off to another dealership. i still want the Fit but not from this place. More

They also bent over backwards to give me a workable deal on the car I wanted even though I had no money down and had just relocated to the area. I received a very good price and never once was I made to feel ignorant or out of my depth regarding the science of buying a car - an important detail for me, a single female. I originally came to Atamian simply to begin the process of purchasing my leased vehicle. I had come directly from another area Honda dealer where I was unimpressed with the offer presented to purchase a ne of purchasing my leased vehicle. I began the paperwork to purchase my leased Accord and agreed to check-out a new Accord with Andre and listen to the offers. After the offers and, what I believe was an honest negotiation, I agreed to purchase the new Accord. Atamian was not only able to match the offer provided by my previous dealer, with the financing provided, I actually saved a significant amount, an amount I was assured I couldn't be ofered by my previous dealer.
