Jay was absolutely a pleasure to work with, he was not pushy, but very, very patient. We were with our 2 children who were not the most cooperative and he still took all the time we needed to get us the b pushy, but very, very patient. I went in to buy a new Odessy. The process was made fairly easy. I went in looked at the vehicle and then actually had them find me an EX model as they did not have one on the lot. I had been looking for an SUV for several months. I test drove the Toyota Highlander, the Nissan Pathfinder, the Acadia, and the Honda Pilot. It came down to several factors for me. Most importantly how t drove the Toyota Highlander, the Nissan Pathfinder, the Acadia, and the Honda Pilot. It came down to several factors for me. Most importantly how the car handled for me. I wanted to feel like I had always been driving the vechicle. I hate the feeling of "getting use to a new car." It couldn't be too big (I was use to the size of a mini van) but big enough to seat 7-8 passengers. The dealership had to be convient in both location and service. I had my decision narrowed down to 2 vechicles; the Honda Pilot and the Toyota Highlander. I chose the Honda Pilot. The deciding factor for me was the additional cargo space in the Honda Pilot, the room between the 2nd and 3rd row seats and the dealership. I, like most people, dread the idea of car shopping. I hate everything about it. Atamian was a pleasant surprise. I picked the dealership because of it's convient location to my home, but I made the purchase there because of the sales man, Ray LeDuc. He was very knowledgeable, courteous/friendly, and not too "pushy." He made our experience not so "painful". I would highly recommend the dealership and I would highly recommend Ray LeDuc. More

I will NOT recommond this dealer to friends and families for many reasons.Got internet quotes from many dealers and went to Atamian on Saturday with all required docs,even though 400$ more when comapre to o for many reasons.Got internet quotes from many dealers and went to Atamian on Saturday with all required docs,even though 400$ more when comapre to other dealers.Since I was choosy for a colour.Met Bill,internet manager,told can't negotiate further,accepted deal was set in a minute The problems started when Bill introduced me to John Desrochers.Before taking the test drive only he was asking for credit check that I simply rejected.After drive went through credit check told am qualified for 1.9% Paid 5000$ with check and 1600 with credit card rest on loan.Joe Baker a/c mgr taken care??? of paper work,signing docs,planeed to pick up the car in next 2 days as it was my first car and looking for a good day to start with.Thats the BIGGEST MISTAKE I ever did. On Tuesday after my account has been debited,got a call from John/Joe,told you are not qulified for 1.9 and need to re-do all the paper work for 3.9%.Frustated after hearing and told will put 5000$ more as down payment.To my surprize John told Atamian will not accept my check this time,need certified check???I was running around the banks for certified check while Atamian was enjoyed my money for 9 days and car was also with them.On saturday I went with certified and normal check to test I had given the normal check and Guess what Joe Baker accepted my check!!!!!.I could have pick car on wednesday in that case.They are not at all sorry for what they did,finally was able to pick-up the car on next Monday. When I spoke to other dealers, they told me that they could not meet the price and warned me that I would never be able to buy the car for the price I was quoted. That could not have been further from the truth. Bill and John were unbelieveable to deal with. John was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The car was exactly as described. It took about 30 minutes to fill out the paperwork and off I went. No high-pressure sales, just a quick, honest new-car transaction. More
