5 stars for Michael Melendez. He was an absolute class act and a pleasure to work with. He posted a 2000 Honda S2k that was shared with me immediately and I knew I wanted to buy it before even seeing the act and a pleasure to work with. I messaged him and the atamian facebook page to get an appointment set for the next morning at 9AM. I showed up ready with a check/preapproval for the car as I was not sure if I wanted to finance or just pay cash. Micheal made everything extremely easy and painless. In comes Steve the finance manager to completely ruin what was supposed to be a fun and exciting experience. He starts by telling me I cant pay cash because I was trying to use a check from my business. I was 100% okay with this and I understood this as I had never purchased there and they didn't know me. I then told him I'll just take a bill of sale and go to my bank (DCU) which was 10 minutes from the dealership. He then told me "Well we have a process that you'll follow if you want to buy the car." He tried lying to me and saying that DCU will not finance the car because of the age. Which is absolutely false. The rep at DCU told me they do not have and age limit. He just kept trying to get me to finance through his bank on his terms so he could make a few bucks on me there. Mind you I did not even ask for a dime off the car I was purchasing. Luckily Darith Nhem the other finance manager was there to handle the situation and he was excellent to work with. So what could've been a 45 minute process took about 4 hours because Steve wanted to make a few extra bucks on me. I get it it's business. But also have a little bit of respect for your customers. At the end of the day Michael Melendez, Darith Nhem, and the person I spoke to online (Amelia) were amazing to work with and are the reason I am giving a 5 star review. If it was not for them the deal would have never happened and this review would have been about 5 stars lower. If you happen to buy a car here I recommend Michael Melendez and I would request Darith as he is a lot more upfront and honest. More

All were absolutely stellar! I went in on Monday just looking for the details about swapping my lease, and left on Tuesday with a beautiful new Accord at an unbeatable price. I was beyond impressed at the huge selection, the incredible lengths they were willing to go to in order to work with me, and the absolute genuine desire they had to see every customer leave happy. And I absolutely did!! I've already recommended Atamian to both friends and family members, and will happily be returning with them this month to help them find their new vehicles! I was formerly a customer at a dealership where I felt like just another number, but the above and beyond service at Atamian has truly sold me as a loyal customer for life.
