This is my second new vehicle purchase at Atamian and the reason I keep coming back is simple. The sales and service departments are great. My sales representative was Tarik. In fact, I find the sales members at Atamian consistent in this regard as so many other dealerships I've been to are much too pushy and show no human element to the purchase. I also service my vehicles at Atamian as well and find their service department top notch with knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanics and service advisors. Every Atamian employee I have met is courteous and polite. I find that I continually receive a great price on the vehicles and great service and that's the reason I keep coming back to Atamian and you should, too! More

I know of no greater accolade that you could bestow on a dealership than to say you've purchased more than one vehicle from it. I have purchased at least seven, either for my family members or myself, over dealership than to say you've purchased more than one vehicle from it. I have purchased at least seven, either for my family members or myself, over the twenty years that I've lived in town. Whether I shop them first or last, I am more than satisfied with the treatment that I am given and the price that I have been quoted. Rarely have I had to enter stressful negotiations. Joe Sheehan continues this fine tradition. He is knowledgeable and very, very helpful. I highly recommend Joe and Atamian Honda to anyone in the market for a new Honda. You will not be disappointed. Jerry at Atamian was the ONLY one that provided a quote and not the multiple phone calls and emails about "when can you come in 2) When I went in the saleman, Darryll Valcourt, was professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent service throughout. 3) The quote I provided was EXACTLY what I paid. No funny business, or trying to make it back on the trade or post sales add-ons (scotch guard, paint coating, ext warranty). They do make you aware of these but it's the opposite of the hard sell. They are family owned & operated and it shows. They've been there a long time and are committed to being there for the long term. If you are lookig for a VW or Honda you should check Atamian out. Definitely ask for Darryll. More

I recently bought a used 4runner from Atamian Honda. Atamain was very upfront about all out the door costs and we were able to reach a fair price. I was pleasantly surprised that there were NO last minute costs or changes that i have seen at other dealers. They were upfront through the entire sales process. A few weeks after driving the car, I noticed a bad shimmy in the front end. I had a local mechanic look at it, and there was a blown shock. I called Atamian service and they said bring it in for a repair under warranty. They paid for a rental car for two days while it was in the shop. They ended up replacing both shocks as the other one looked worn (but not blown). So for sales and service, I would highly recommend Atamian. More

Atamian employees are not even the "B" team, they're all the "C" team at best. This place is easily the worst dealership in the Metro Boston area on every front but one, price. I bought a '12 CR they're all the "C" team at best. This place is easily the worst dealership in the Metro Boston area on every front but one, price. I bought a '12 CR-V here for $700 less than the mighty Boch wanted. They had the one I wanted at a price I couldn't believe. They tried to make it up by attempting to low-ball my trade for an insanely low price. I almost (& probably should have) walked-out right then. I have no problems negotiating, but it was just insulting & I'm used to fighting over $500 but this was thousands below even their own Black Book from their website, never mind KBB. In the end, I did get the exact deal I wanted but I dealt with complete incompetence & unprofessionalism the entire time (including after the sale). In the future, I'll pay more not to buy here. More
