Bait and switch. They gave me a great quote on the price of the vehicle. I show up and guess what? they don't have that trim level. "oh we'll get that for you but we'll have to add $500 to the pr of the vehicle. I show up and guess what? they don't have that trim level. "oh we'll get that for you but we'll have to add $500 to the price we quoted. maybe we can give you a good deal on your trade to make up for it." We waited and they gave us a trade in value of $200. WTF? seriously? kbb quotes my car trade in value at $5K, i was realistically expecting $2-2.5K. But $200? are you serious? on top of that they offered a 4.9% interest rate when I know I qualify for 1.9%, which is what I got 2 years ago when I bought my civic. Never again! HAHA they called me the day after and said they will do it for the price I was looking to get it at. YEA RIGHT! after such an experience, I'm never doing business with this dealership and I will warn everyone I know to stay away, far away from this place as possible. More
