I have been car shopping for about a month now and I've been debating between a Toyota or Honda. I made an appointment with Cee and test drive a new 2013 Honda Accord, Cee was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle and I knew right away this was car for me and I was so please with the vehicle and the experience I decided to not to shop around anymore. I had some credit issue but everyone there was very understanding and went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of the car. I bought my SUV about a week ago. When I picked it up, my "certified pre-owned" car had a broken piece over the tailgate. I pointed it out to Tarik and we went to service to make and appointment. Should a certified car be looked at to see if anything is wrong before you sell it? I wanted an appointment from 3pm or later on any day. They wouldn't do that for me. So I asked how long the repair would take because I could come with my 2 yr old and 1 yr old on my day off and wait there. He told me 20 minutes. So we make the appointment for about 10 days from then. I went in today. The only spot there to pull in to was so tight I barely got the kids out of the car. And that is with me having to put my door on the cars next to me. We go in, get checked in, and head up to the waiting room. ONE HOUR AND 15 MINUTES LATER they guy comes up to tell me it's ready. Had I known it would take this long I wouldn't have came with the kids. So I sign the paperwork and give me the keys. Now I walk out the door with my two toddlers and the car is somewhere in the parking lot - no one told me where. When I used to go to the Nissan dealer with my kids and wait for things to be done to my car, they would pull it up to the front door for me and open my childrens' door so I can get them in. Maybe they spoiled me, but I was just shocked at how uncaring the crew at Atamian seemed to be. I am not looking forward to getting my oil changes there. More

I was referred to Atamian by a friend. I was greeted by Darryl on the showroom floor and felt at ease immediately. Once I had decide to purchase a Honda, both Jerry and Darryl presented financial options for me to consider for different models. I asked for an explanation of the financial model and variables - and they were happy to walk through it with me. Upon pickup, Darryl greeted me and took me through an extensive review of the detailed operation of the car. He even went as far as to hook up my iPHONE, program the radio and show me some of the features that I was not aware of. He also took me over to the service desk and introduced me to that team. This was a fantastic experience - I'm thrilled with the product and would highly recommend this dealership and Darryl, Jerry and Bill. More

We arrived at the dealership last night around 8:15, we had already spoken to a salesman on the phone to make sure they had a price that we were willing to pay. That helped out a lot because we would not need to spend extra time talking about that. It was a very simple process; they were not pushy, and they answered all of our questions. We basically showed up, picked out the car, and everything else got done fairly quickly. Even when we had to wait for all the finance components to be completed, our salesman stayed with us and we had a very nice conversation, making the time go by faster. The people there are very friendly, they do not aim to trick you, and they genuinely want you to enjoy your experience. They truly disprove the sleazy salesman stereotype, which from experience, there are many of, especially at the Nissan dealership in Quincy. We will definitely be going back for future cars. More

We have purchased three vehicles from Atamian Honda in the past several years, an 2007 Civic, 2012 Accord and now a 2013 Civic each time we have been treated with OUTSTANDING customer service from the mom the past several years, an 2007 Civic, 2012 Accord and now a 2013 Civic each time we have been treated with OUTSTANDING customer service from the moment we drove onto the property. The sales team and specifically our Sales Rep Edwin Marte are second to none. We have always been taken care of immediately, with courteous and respect. The small things is what we notice, addressing us as Sir and Ma'am, holding doors open. We always feel very welcome and accommodated. I highly recommend Edwin to my family and friends whenever they are in the market for a new vehicle. They answered all my questions, even enlisting the help of a friendly mechanic from their shop to give me more information. He called the Honda distributor to get a highly specific answer about a piece of equipment on the car. That kind of dedication, to go the distance to see the customer satisfied was the hallmark of my experience at Atamian. My salesman, Dan, was super friendly and genuinely interested in helping me find the car with the features I wanted at a price I could afford. He knew most everything about the car and even offered to help me set stations on the radio and a Bluetooth connection between the car and my phone. Ben Atamian checked in on the transaction, thanking me for my interest and time on the lot. Upon my purchase several of the sales people warmly congratulated me. It was easy to see that each individual customer's satisfaction matters to the entire team at Atamian. I love my new car and the experience at the dealership is a big part of my satisfaction. After looking around online at different Honda dealerships close to my area, I came across Atamian Honda because of the distance, but most importantly price ranges of the available Honda Civics. I was able to find a car that was suitable in the short amount of time I had because I really needed a car for school and work. Customer service was ok. Some of the other salespeople seem very condescending and like the saying goes "If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all." I overheard some of the salespeople specifically saying that my family and I didn't look "happy" about purchasing a car. Quick to judge, aren't we? They read our body language completely wrong. It's not that we were unhappy, but just unhappy about the wait. It's not our first time buying a car and maybe they were expecting a more animated reaction. The wait was awful and we can only be as patient for so long. It seemed like we were just left there to wait without timely updates and it seemed like they loved to multi-task because making sales seemed to be the number one priority and I can understand, but I guess customer service seems unimportant. Bare minimum customer interaction was provided because I guess our "sale was done" and they were quick to move on. If you're looking for affordable and good quality vehicles, Atamian Honda would be a good place. Customer service and customer interaction could be approved. My experience wasn't the best, but at least I was able to purchase a car, the ultimate goal. More
