Had a great experience at Atamian Honda! I initially dealt with Bill via email in regards to pricing and then once my husband and I came to the dealership Steve Redding took over from there. Bill’s quot dealt with Bill via email in regards to pricing and then once my husband and I came to the dealership Steve Redding took over from there. Bill’s quote was lower than any of the other Honda dealerships in the area that I contacted, which made it a hassle free experience. Once we came in house, Steve was great, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to and there was absolutely no pressure which was a pleasant surprise! The only downside was that we were at the dealership that day for 5 hours because they only had one finance guy working that particular day we went in and they were very busy…but hey it happens! Other than that though we had an extremely good car buying experience and I would highly recommend this dealership to our family and friends! Everyone that works there was extremely friendly and personable! More

I emailed requests Mon night at 11PM, and by Tuesday afternoon I was in a new car, for a great price. Immediately responded by email with a clear quotation, itemizing all costs, what's included and what's not, etc. Responded within minutes to numerous emails/questions during the day. Very informative sales person during the final test drive and signing of papers. Not pushy or evasive. Overall the simplest most pleasant car buying experience in a long time. More

I just purchased a new 2010 Honda Fit Sport AT at Atamian. I pre-screened dealers in the area, and Atamian was tied for the highest rating on this site among Massachusetts dealers within 25 miles of Atamian. I pre-screened dealers in the area, and Atamian was tied for the highest rating on this site among Massachusetts dealers within 25 miles of my location. From start to finish the experience I had was outstanding. Anthony was the sales professional who handled the sale for me and he could not have been more knowledgeable and above all, NOT pushy. At no time in the process did I feel like anyone was pushing anything on me, even in meeting with the finance manager. The only bump I had was in discussing my trade-in price with the used car manager. He was a little frustrated I didn't accept their final offer in the first round of discussion. At first I thought he was being pushy, but in fact he was presenting valid facts as to why he couldn't come quite to the net price I wanted. This was all smoothed over professionally and the next day when I decided I wanted to go ahead, they still honored what was a GREAT offer and there was no further discussion. This impressed me greatly. No games, no hidden charges, everything up front. Delivery was the best experience I've ever had with a dealer - they got me in and out of there in less than 3 hours including the polyshield treatment! I know they couldn't always be this fast if they were busy, but Anthony made the most of the time and the entire Atamian operation was very well run. Summarily - Atamian is as good as it gets. Aside from this their Tewksbury dealership is SO EASY to get in and out of with very easy, plentiful parking. I got a fantastic price AND great service - what more can you ask for when buying a car. Jim Tringale is the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He was honest and forthcoming negotiating a potential trade-in we were considering as part of the purchase decision. We ended up deciding not with. He was honest and forthcoming negotiating a potential trade-in we were considering as part of the purchase decision. We ended up deciding not to make that trade, but proceeded with the purchase of a new vehicle. In our opinion he is a significant asset to Atamian. I found the delivery orientation to be quite informative. Several comments that were made about driving a new car, and being alert to the subtle changes between my old honda to the new one have proven to be invaluable. More
This was a great car buying experience - from initial contact via internet through final run-through with John when picking up my car. The overall buying experience was great. I got exactly the car that I wanted to get and I'm happy with the price of the new car and the amount given for the trade. From my perspective the purchase can the car that I wanted to get and I'm happy with the price of the new car and the amount given for the trade. From my perspective the purchase can be broken down into three or four distinctly separate units. First there was USAA (my insurance company). They offer a web-based buying service and through it I specified the exact car that I wanted. That service came up with offers from 3 dealers, the nearest of whom was Atamian. (Atamian did not make the best offer: the best was $400 under Atamian's.) Before this I had never heard of Atamian and I'm sure there is no way I would have gone to Tewksbury during the car search. So this is a deal that could not have occurred without USAA. After obtaining the web offers I immediately received introductory emails from Jessica Lima and William Goulette. I set up an appointment with Jessica for a specific time on Sunday afternoon. I don't think that the appointment was as specific from Atamian's standpoint (Jessica wasn't there) - but that's okay because the dealership was clearly prepared for me when I arrived. Jim Tringale greeted me when I arrived, and after a few minutes to track down my information he was completely prepared to help with the purchase. You know Mr. Tringale so I am sure I don't have to tell you how pleasant and effective he is. From the start he seemed focussed on getting me exactly the car that I wanted and, which I especially appreciate, there was never the slightest question about honoring the offer made via the USAA buying service. The test drive was great, the discussions about options were honest and straightforward, and the manner in which he handled the trade in was also great. Going in the biggest doubt in my mind, really, concerned the trade and I was quite happy that Atamian managed to make an offer that was in the range that I was willing to accept (right at the bottom of that range, mind you, so you obviously have some good mind-readers there.) Paying for the car and completing the actual purchase was probably the least smooth part of the process. The bulk of the car was paid for through a USAA auto loan. This was a loan that I could apply for and complete on-line and in return USAA gave me a voucher I could print - it looked something like a check - and sign over at the dealership. I didn't do that, though, and it took two or three phone calls to USAA and the expense of a Fedex overnight to get a certified check to me. I have no complaints about that but from things said at Atamian when I paid for the car I suspect that the original voucher would have been acceptable. My main point here is that the communications weren't great on that detail. I don't know how they could be improved, but if Atamian will accept payment like that, the customer should be told - it would be easier for everyone. During the purchase I was presented with a small raft of dealer offers: extended warranty, Lojack, etc. This was not well done. First of all, the offers were all described in such a rapid-fire manner that I had no idea what they were about. Second, the accompanying information sheet seemed not to be entirely current with what described. And the information on the sheet was so concise that it was not possible for me to make an informed decision (especially since I hadn't absorbed anything from the verbal description.) There were no prices shown. So this was an offer seemingly designed to fail. If Atamian really wanted me to consider those services then, when Jim and I agreed on the sale, he ought to have handed me a packet of information describing them in detail and with the associated prices. Finally, the delivery was smooth as can be. The car was in perfect order, the two small items I had asked Jim to obtain (extra key and locking lug nuts) had been taken care of, and I drove away happy. I won't have any hesitation recommending Atamian to my friends. Robert Weir 781-648-3527 More
