When it turned out that a 2009 model was not available, Atamian delivered a 2010 model at the end of June, as soon as they arrived, as promised. Atamian processed the paperwork and registration quickly and efficiently, with no any delays or problems, and my wife was able to pick up the car in time to meet me at the airport! More

I was helping my daughter in the search for the best deal on a Honda; Atamian was the 3rd dealership I visited on-line, with one major difference: Atamian website offered to quote you a price after you choos on a Honda; Atamian was the 3rd dealership I visited on-line, with one major difference: Atamian website offered to quote you a price after you choose a vehicle from their stock. So I asked for a quote. Minutes later I received a very nice email of introduction with a very clear price on the vehicle, plus all other charges relating to registration, dealer documentation, plates, etc. All up-front. The price was good for 2 weeks. Well, I liked the price as they knocked almost $3000 off sticker price right there, so the next day I went over to see if they really had the car I had chosen and they had the last one of that model, color and interior. That was the car my daughter wanted. Now the problem was that she away taking exams in a University and wouldn't be back for 2 days, and dealers usually don't hold a car for you for 2 days especially if that's the last one left on a very high demand model and color. They did all they could to help me, but hold the car was impossible without actually buying it/. Since it had to be my daughter's decision, I couldn't that either, I offered a non-refundable check of $100 to hold it for 48 hrs, but they couldn't accept it. So I had no choice but to take our chances that the car would still be there in two days. Then Kevin Craig came, he understood the dilemma I was in and really tried to help. He intervened with the office people upstairs and worked out a special arrangement for me to hold the car on my word for 32 hrs, they would no accept my check, but accepted my word. That's unheard of. Well, within 2 days my daughter bought the car, and we were so surprised at the level of service and trust the people at Atamian showed us, that it made us feel real good. We had a great experience buying our Honda Fit; it was by far the best price, the best communication (by internet, phone, and in person). I especially liked the "chat room" they had which got us our answers re price from Bill Goulette within hours, and the friendliness and helpfulness of James Grammas at the dealership when we went up to sign the P&S forms and on the day we picked up the car. We are really in the Honda camp now - we also have a Pilot 4WD which we love for long trips and lots of carrying space. More

Kevin Collins was terrific. No haggling and was direct and to the point. The Costco program is a much easier process to deal with as opposed to the old system of the salesman going back and forth from the and to the point. As a matter of fact every Atamian employee I came in contact with was professional and friendly. Next time I'm in the market for a new car I would certainly think of going back to Atamian.
