Atamian Honda

I would just like to take a moment to explain my experience in purchasing my new Honda CRV from Atamian Honda. I have never bought a car brand new and I have never done it on my own for that matter experience in purchasing my new Honda CRV from Atamian Honda. I have never bought a car brand new and I have never done it on my own for that matter. So needless to say, I was a little nervous about the whole thing. The whole reason that I even went into Atamian is because of Bill Goulette. I had been negotiating prices with him through email. He was very prompt in responding to me and seemed to have a genuine intrest in helping me find a CRV that would fit into my price range. I had no intention of stopping by the dealership unless I knew I could get the price I was asking for. Bill eventually agreed and I went in the very next day. When I got to the dealership Saturday afternoon, it was insanely busy. I almost turned around and left because I thought I would never get a salesman to help me. I was pleasantly surprised when I was immediatley greeted and then introduced Bill. Bill was with another customer at the time, but Jimmie Tringale immediatley stepped in and volunteered to help me out. Let me just tell you...Jimmie Tringale is hands down one of the best salesman I have ever met. I know that he typically is not "on the floor" selling cars, but I truly lucked out that day to have been able to have dealt with him. This man is truly an asset to Atamian Honda. He went above and beyond in taking the time to go over everything with me. I did not feel nervous or intimidated whatsoever. I felt as though I was speaking with a family member. I ended up purchasing the car that day and was told that I could pick up the vehicle on the following Monday. When Monday came, I recieved an email from Jimmie first thing that morning. He contacted me throughout the day several times, giving me an update on the progress. There were a few problems with the registration, but Jimmie bent over backwards and jumped through hoops to get me in that car by the end of the day. I am still amazed at how dedicated this man is. He continued to take the time to go over all the final details and proceeded to show me all the features inside the vehicle. When I drove off the lot, I felt proud of myself that I made this purchase on my own. I felt comfortable in knowing that I got a dependable vehicle for a great price. Jimmie made this purchase a painless one and I could not Thank him enough for that. I have been recommending people to Atamian Honda ever since I drove off with my new vehicle.
