I came to the dealership to get an oil change because it was close to my location. When I pulled in, the service advisor Ben was easygoing and courteous during our wait at the dealership. I had my toddler with me, and there was a waiting play room for us to wait in. Also, I was able to text any questions or concerns to the service advisor while I was waiting. I have been to other Honda dealerships in the past. I give them 5 stars for the hospitality and the car maintenance service they provided for me. I will definitely come back to this dealership! More

I wanted to write a review specifically for Daniel @ Service Department. He exemplifies what good customer service should be and ensures customers understand what service is provided. I purchased my Hon Service Department. He exemplifies what good customer service should be and ensures customers understand what service is provided. I purchased my Honda at Atamian in 2018 and got the best deal at the time by a wide margin. I will happily purchase my next vehicle from this dealership when the time comes around. Of course, I will continue to bring my Honda for service with Daniel for major items, etc. More
