Brought my 2019 CRV in for scheduled oil change. Service was prompt, courteous, and professional. They checked all vitals and made recommendations based on readings and visual check & consulted for approval was prompt, courteous, and professional. Waiting area was very clean, well ventilated and was sterilized whenever a customer vacated the coffee station or sitting area. It seemed they had dedicated staff who take cleanliness very seriously. Bought a brand new car and a used car at the same time. This dealer was the only one to work on it. I heard some rattling from under the car and looked under the vehicle. I noticed half the fasteners used This dealer was the only one to work on it. I heard some rattling from under the car and looked under the vehicle. I noticed half the fasteners used to hold a skid plate on that has to be removed to do oil changes were missing. They refused to replace the parts they failed to put back on the vehicle. They said they would sell me new ones. They are dead to me. Going to Boch from now on. More
