Dishonest and did not stand up to their advertising Bought a Taurus that was advertised as being Certified Pre-Owned. Took it to a dealer closer to my house for an issue and the service writer tells me Bought a Taurus that was advertised as being Certified Pre-Owned. Took it to a dealer closer to my house for an issue and the service writer tells me the car is not certified. I emailed my salesman Chris Rogers asking him about this and included a copy of their ad. He responded over a week later that the car wasn't a CPO and to send a copy of the ad. Clearly he didn't care about attention to detail or doing the right thing. I will avoid this dealership in the future at all costs! More
