Hands down awful experience! The work performed on my 2010 Fusion was not done correctly and required multiple visits. I would highly recommend that finds a job where he doesn't have to speak with the public, as he is not able to do so in a respectful manner. It's safe to say I would NEVER Atchinson Ford for service. During my search for a fuel efficient used car within the 8-10k range, I spoke with Dan Mason. He told me that there was an Explorer with low mileage coming in on a trade-in. I asserted that I was looking for something fuel efficient similar to an Escape. A few days later, he left me a voicemail that the Explorer had come in and was ready for a test drive. I called him back and left a voicemail stating that I wasn't interested in the Explorer that I wanted something fuel efficient. That was a month ago, still haven't heard from him. In the meantime, I purchased an 08 Mini Cooper from Lafontaine in Ann Arbor. More
