Rick was responsive and very helpful - he knows his stuff! I did think it was hard doing any negotiation with the dealership regarding the price of the car which was why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Before this recent purchase, I contacted Rick about an X5 he had and wanted to discuss price - he came off the price by $100 which of course was unacceptable. But this recent purchase went much smoother. It was also very helpful to have Cody Myers go with us on the test drive. He knew all about the CPO vehicle we were looking at and answered all of our questions. In addition, I enjoyed seeing our picture on Facebook which I shared to my timeline. That was fun. Joey Floyd was the person we worked with on the finance piece of the deal. He was efficient, but not very personable, I felt like I was bothering him with my questions. I will take my car back to Athens BMW for service and will likely purchase another BMW from Rick within the next 2 years or so. Our son drives a 2012 BMW X3 and he will be looking for a car soon. I will suggest he contact Rick Bythewood. More
