A couple days later I met Joe to test drive two vehicles. Joe explained the features of each in a friendly, easy going manner. We discussed trade in value and prices. At no time was there pressure to make a snap decision. I went home to think about it. After making my decision, finalizing the sale and loan processing was done either by phone or email. Most of the paperwork was ready at delivery. They even came through with a better loan rate than we had discussed earlier. One of the best car buying experiences I've had. More
