I had another great experience at Atkins Kroll Guam Service Department yesterday, 9/26, for a routine maintenance oil change on my 2019 Toyota RAV4. I want to give a special shout-out to Dan Bersami Service Department yesterday, 9/26, for a routine maintenance oil change on my 2019 Toyota RAV4. I want to give a special shout-out to Dan Bersamin, my Service Advisor, who has consistently provided excellent service over the years. Dan is always thorough, knowledgeable, and honest when it comes to recommending maintenance and repairs my vehicle may need. I really appreciate that he takes the time to explain everything and genuinely looks out for keeping my RAV4 running safely and reliably for years to come. I also had the opportunity to see Kiani Samiliano in action in the Service Department for the first time, and I was so impressed with how professionally she handled herself. She was courteous, helpful, and attentive, and it was great to see her providing such a positive customer experience. Thank you to Dan, Kiani, and the entire Atkins Kroll Service Department for making every visit a pleasant one.
