After looking all over I’m glad we ended up here! They had a huge inventory of vehicles to look from. LJ was our sales guy and he was amazing! This was an out of state purchase. LJ is AWESOME!!!!! He was my point of contact throughout the entire process. He is knowledgable and his customer service is A++++! The car was sh LJ is AWESOME!!!!! However, after having paint protection film applied by a vendor in North Carolina; I was informed that the vehicle had previous paint work done to the front finder and bumper. He stated that this was one of the worst paint jobs he’d ever seen. This was also confirmed by a reputable body shop in my area. When I contacted the dealership. I was told by a SR Sales Rep “Atlantic does not perform a comprehensive inspection of vehicles they take in on trade. We rely on the Carfax to set the price.” After serval days of following up, I was contacted by a Sales Manager and there was no offer to compensate in any fashion. I’ve made several attempts to contact the General Manager as well, to date I have not received a call back. In addition to the paint work/potential previous accident, this 2022 Yukon Denali (with 2850 miles) was sold to me without floor mats or a second key. I paid $310 out of my pocket for floor mats and have yet to receive the spare key. I have not even received the documents I signed during the deal. This by far has been the worst purchase experience I’ve ever had. Excluding LJ, this dealership is unresponsive and does not appear to value their customers. No one in Management or Finance has even said thank you; not one “thank you Mr. Morgan/we appreciate your business” or offered an apology for the inconvenience. In fact, Andrew (Sales Manager) asked “why I would bother having the fender repainted, it looked fine when we took it in on trade” Even after I shared pictures of the fender and bumper, their position didn’t change. I’m being treated as if I purchased a 20 year old used car, not a fully loaded 2022 GMC YUKON DENALI. As previously mentioned, this was an out of state (vehicle unseen in person) transaction. LJ provided a video and very descriptive pictures of the vehicle. I’d highly recommend LJ if you decide to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. More
