I called about my 2024 Traverse with the check engine light on and wanted to bringvit in assorted, but was told, I didn't have to worry until the light starts flashing!!!! But no one is helping ne !! So i told Corporate what I was told and I will drive my car until the check engine light flashes and then hopefully I can drive the car to your dealership!!!!???? It's only 10 months old n 6400 miles!!! Engine makes noises n rattles n also stalls , but I'll drive until the light flashes, like I was told !! Not to worry!!! More

I had my 2023 Colorado in for front brakes, an oil change and all recalls taken care of. They couldn’t perform the software update because of WiFi issues. The replaced the brakes but only cut the rotors and and all recalls taken care of. They couldn’t perform the software update because of WiFi issues. The replaced the brakes but only cut the rotors and the brakes are making a scrapping noise as if the rotors are warped. They then told me I was a gallon low on antifreeze and that I might have a leak or a bad head gasket. I said the truck has not been leaking and if the head gasket was bad then they would have seen that in the oil when they changed it. They want me to bring it back to pressure test the radiator system. I spoke to a mechanic from a different dealer who said that they are supposed to to check all fluids with each oil change because new vehicle will burn fluids until broken in. I’m disappointed in the way they handled the service. More
To say I am disappointed with this dealership is an understatement. I brought my 2024 Chevy Trax in a couple weeks ago to get the recall fixed. A couple hours after I dropped it off I got a phone call understatement. I brought my 2024 Chevy Trax in a couple weeks ago to get the recall fixed. A couple hours after I dropped it off I got a phone call from the dealership telling me that a technician had crashed my car and damaged the paint and the rear bumper. They tell me I have to pick up my car that day and come back a week later to drop it off and pick up a rental car. I go in a week later to pick up the rental car and the woman tells me my car will be ready Wednesday or Thursday. Thursday comes and I still don’t hear anything from the dealership. I call them and apparently the person I was working with left the company. Another representative calls me back AN HOUR later to tell me my car won’t be ready until Saturday. Come Saturday, I go pick up my car and it looks awful. The Atena is broken off the top, the bumper wasn’t even replaced it was sanded down and painted over with the worst material and paint job I’ve ever seen. They got white paint all over my black bumper and black Chevy logo on the back of my car. My husband tells them they are going to have to replace the bumper because we are not leaving with it looking like that. They tell us it looks fine, after arguing with them for 30 minutes, they finally say they have a bumper they can replace it with and they will do it for me today. So we leave with the rental car hoping to come back later that day to get my car, just for them to call me and tell me they won’t have a bumper until next Friday for me. So NOW I have to wait another 2 weeks to get my car back. Completely horrible communication, horrible service, rude, unhelpful and I empathetic employees. This wasn’t my fault, THEY crashed my car and they keep continuing to inconvenience me. An absolute disgrace. More
