I bought a 2017 Silverado had transmission concern took the vehicle there 4 times they couldn’t fix it end up opening up consumer affair case , dealership end up sending me to local transmission shop Because I guess they don’t have any good auto technician local shop end up putting valve body in told me to drive 500 miles I put 500 miles still have the same problem... service staff has no respect for for customers only one person at the dealership was nice to me and he helped a lot thanks to jim Coogan he was very nice other than that worst dealership I ever came across

"Service visit fiasco & dealer apathy"

I had a recent bad experience with their service dept. I brought my '18 Camaro I bought from them in for the one-year service. I told them to do the NYS inspection. They failed to do so. I picked it up @ night and didn't realize until I got a ticket. I called to get it in ASAP since it had an expired sticker and asked to be compensated for the ticket. The soonest they would give me an appointment was one week (I can't drive the car!) and they told me tough luck on the ticket. This is how they value their customers. Customer Service sucks. I'd give them a Zero if I could. They've lost me as a customer for life.

Post script - I heard from the CSN. He asked what would it take to make me happy. I told him give me a store credit for the cost of the ticket. I never heard back from him. After that I was in the market for a Caddy CT6 for myself. I took my business to Sarant.

"This is the worst Chevy dealer and there service..."

This is the worst Chevy dealer and their service department is even worse. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment or you dont they will not see your car same day. They will not give a loaner car. Everytime you call they send you to voicemail. My car has been brought to them for service 4x! It is a brand new car! Each time they didn't fix what was wrong with it! 3x they never even looked at it, they just kept it all day and didn't do anything. I lost 3 days from work while they had my car and didn’t look at it. The service manager had the audacity to ask if I could take ANOTHER day off work! Seriously?! I have been a Chevy owner my whole life but I am officially done. I would never buy or lease a car from them. Pathetic customer service! They are the absolute worst. And I only gave one star bc I couldn't post this without one. They should have minus 100 stars! The absolute worst company!

"Horrible service department"

I purchased my car in May of 2018. In September my signal wasn’t working right so I brought the car in for service. It was the the start of the worst service ever! MY car was damaged numerous times by the service department. Since this time I have dealt with more people because it seems people come and go there often. Atlantic really needs to step up their training and make sure things like this do not happen. My car has been several times and each time something new was damaged. Such a shame!

"Service Staff preys on customer's "

Using scare tactics. They claim you are in serious need of Services that you actually do not. For instance, Ricard Maggio insisted i was in need of a engine and cabin filter replacements. That they were extremely dirty and hindering the cars performance. He then suggested if money was an issue. He could offer up some coupons to assist with the cost. Would bring the total cost down to a little less than $300. I declined and went and purchased the replacement filters myself. Only to find out that the engine filter WAS NOT EVEN SLIGHTLY DIRTY. DID NOT NEED CHANGING. The cabin filter was slightly dirty but could have gone another 6 months before replacing. Cost for both filters. $25.00 online at Auto Zone with free sameday pickup.

"DISGUSTING!!!!!"

Atlantic Chevrolet...Cannot begin to describe how horrible and disrespectful this dealership is. I don’t know how they can even say they have a Service Department. A 2017 Silverado that’s going on it’s 3rd Transmission. When truck was dropped off, was clean in and out. Picked up a dirty truck, both in and out. Picked up a truck that had a message come up about a problem with steering assist. Service Writer informed me that “the valet didn’t tell me about that” Within a week and a half,, the trans was dying again. The transmission wasn’t replaced with a new unit. It’s been REBUILT by an independent shop!!! Trying to discuss the issue with the Atlantic Chevrolet Service Department has yielded nothing but being ignored. Atlantic employees just don’t care, don’t return phone calls. Only bright spot in that whole horror show of a dealership is Bob Imber, the gentleman who sold me the truck.

My wife and I leased two 2019 Chevy trucks. The cost was high but we were willing to pay for nice trucks. My Colorado 2019 has no remote start! They won’t put a 500$ starter on my 35,000$ truck!!! I will just return the truck after I’m done with it!!!!!!!

"SCAM SERVICE DEPT - DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE"

Third time attempting to have my 2018 Traverse serviced and was beyond disappointed. While waiting over 3 hours to have my oil change and inspection done, with an appointment, I watched the Service dept. sales team push the "problem of the month". I watched as they attempted to charge a rotation of customers in the waiting room for "throttle body cleaning" telling customers it "MUST be done." Not only is this an unnecessary service as it should only be done on cars that don't idle correctly, they were charging over $200.00 for it for a 10 minute spray cleaning for any DIY-er. If not infuriating enough, what should have been a service for a simple oil change and inspection turned into the sales team and manager telling me that I had a power steering fluid leak and would also need my air filters replaced (which I had done the air filters myself less than a week ago) Manager and sales team were INSISTENT that my truck would not pass inspection with out it. The estimated total for services being in the $700 - 1,000 !!! When I then INSISTED that they show me the leak and made them aware the filters had just been changed, they began to back pedal. They down played the severity of the service and MIRACULOUSLY were able to pass my inspection. They quickly then tried to send me on my way, but not before removing the customer service feedback card from my final bill. The feedback card that they usually love to make sure I complete, of course with all 5's. They are running scam after scam on customers who don't know any better. Overcharging for simple and routine maintenance and attempting to up-sell customers on services they don't need and aren't required. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

After Atlantic received my Cadillac for repair, a week went by with no communications. I stopped by, since they didn't return calls to find out the service team never even looked at the car to diagnose the problem. When I arrived back to pick up the car, they could not even find it !!! I've since taken the car to Paul Conte Cadillac who repaired the car within a few days at a fraction of the price quoted from Atlantic THE ATLANTIC TEAM SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED IF NOT OUT OF BUSINESS
