Oil change light still on after your facility changed the oil. Possibly my misunderstanding of cars but none of my past records showed at dealership! The gentleman I dealt with in the office spoke to me as if I was a car dealership employee and did this for a living, so he was speaking in a manner that was condescending and acted like I should know better (hint: if I knew what was wrong I would not have to bring it to you). This is the only Ram dealer around for approximately 45 minutes and I will NOT be using you again. I am only leaving this now because you keep sending me emails asking to leave a review. The only reason it’s not 1 star is because I got the truck back the same day. More
