Steve was great, amazing actually, but the people who answer the calls and supposedly leave the messages for your technician are horrible. I suggest going there to get your answers. I dropped my car and didn’t call until the next day to give them time to look at it to see what the problem was. The lady told me she’d leave a message with my number for the technician to give me a call. Long story short a few more days of me calling and being told I would get a call back with the number I left. Poor Steve never got not one message until almost a week later and was calling the previous owner the entire time. Apparently nothing was updated in the system. When he finally got the messages he called me apologizing on their behalf. I would give Steve 5 stars, but because of the experience with the phones I generously gave 3 stars. More
