I came in with a Shifter problem That needs attention with a computer update. I got stuck TWICE in the car wash. I was in NEUTRAL in the car wash and could NOT get it into drive at the end of the wash with a computer update. I got stuck TWICE in the car wash. I was in NEUTRAL in the car wash and could NOT get it into drive at the end of the wash so that I could pull out of the facility. It would not go into DRIVE. The cars were behind me continued to come toward me as I was stuck. UNABLE TO MOVE: The men shut down the machines. Finally I got the car to move. Service says they are “ unable to replicate” the problem so there is NOTHING they can do for me. I am left to be in DANGER when the SHIFTER doesn’t respond. I told them there are NUMEROUS VIDOES ON THE INTERNET about this same problem. I PAID for the “diagnostics” and NOTHING WAS DONE TO PREVENT THE LOSS OF MY LIFE … More
