I would like to thank Frank Gruber and Joe for there patients and kindness. I was thrust into a situation of buying a vehicle after I lost mine due to hurricane Sandy. My wife and I visted Atlantic looking to replace the cars we lost to Hurricane Sandy. Ken was our salesman and over 3 different visits I would estimate that he, and the other members of the sales team, spen we lost to Hurricane Sandy. Ken was our salesman and over 3 different visits I would estimate that he, and the other members of the sales team, spent close to 8 hours answering our questions and helping us to find a new vehicle. My wife was hesitant at first about getting a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but after driving it and seeing all the features it had the GC became our first choice. The staff worked with us to get financing that fit our budget and we drove home with a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. On the Service side Rob J. worked with me to help get my old Jeep towed and turned over to the insurance company. I've dealt with lots of dealers over the years and these folks were hand and shoulders above the rest. More
Marcus displayed no customer service at all. Rude and has no manners. 2+ hours of my time was wasted at this service center due to his lack of knowledge on the limits of a 30day new car service. But 2.5hours later, he confronted me angrily that I the phone # I left was a home phone and thereby he could not call me. WTF??? Why didn't he leave a message?! He claimed that due to mileage in my car, the 30day service can no longer be done. He should have known this before he asked for my car keys since he asked how many miles were already in my car. I am appalled and from now on, I will get my car serviced in another service center. More

Although I had recently purchased a new car from this dealership recently (march of 2012), I had a need to upgrade to a larger, more comfortable vehicle due to the amount of time I spend in my cars. In the six months I owned my previous car, I put 20000 miles on it. So, on a lark, I happened to drive by the dealership and saw my salesman, Brian, outside and thought I'd see what they could do for me. Brian took the time to listen to my needs, help me find a vehicle that fit those needs, and then worked to help get me into the car of my choice. I would recommend the dealership and my salesperson in a moment. Good experience. FYI- I drove into the dealership at 4pm in my old/new car, and drove out at 6pm with a brand new car. It wasn't necessarily planned, but I'm very glad that I made the change. More
Ed was honest, and informative. I did not do the deal becasue VW did not have any insurance safety rattings but I would go back to ED and HIGHLY reccomend him to ALL of my friends.
