My car had been totaled in an accident a few days before hurricane Sandy. I wanted an exact replacement with payments around the same price range. Ed and the finance department was able to find financing that only put my payments up a little bit. In spite of personal issues with the storm damage at home the staff all still had smiles on their faces and were working hard at their jobs - willing to lend a helping hand in getting my car situated - even setting up my bluetooth for me! When I was in the market for my first ever new car purchase, I knew Atlantic Auto Group was the place for me.. from the moment I stepped on their lot I was greeted by a sales associate by the name of purchase, I knew Atlantic Auto Group was the place for me.. from the moment I stepped on their lot I was greeted by a sales associate by the name of Karl Israel, who helped me look at and test drive my car of choice (2013 VW Beetle), with a non pushy sales approach, I felt right at home and very comfortable, Karl went over every single detail of the car and Atlantic even got my car in the color/interior I really wanted delivered practically overnight!! Overall I cannot say enough GREAT things about this dealership and Karl, it was an all around A++ experience! More

I, like most of all us in this economy have felt the crunch, between the inflation and the price at the pumps, I began to re-evaluated my monthly bills, I had to give up a few things, so I decided to se crunch, between the inflation and the price at the pumps, I began to re-evaluated my monthly bills, I had to give up a few things, so I decided to see if I could get out of "TWO" 2 auto's that my wife and I have with a monthly payment between the two of $1,100 every thirty days. Not to mention the two full coverage insurance policies that are required to be in effect to cover the auto's, so as you may know, it was very costly, I knew I was upside down ( I owed more than what the auto's were both worth) but, I was able to trade both auto's in for one, That meant monthly car payment went down to $550.00 from $1,100.00 and one insurance coverage as opposed to two. I have purchased many auto's in my lifetime, and even being from a family member that retired from General Motors which provides a huge employee discount, they would not have been able to pull this one off, But somehow, These guys and gals at Atlantic Pulled it off, I am so greatful for the fine job they were able to provide to me and my wife, I am able to sleep better at night knowing I am no longer stressed over thinking about how do I make these car payments and stay afloat with all the other bills. I say this to anyone that might be a situation like mine or close, this is the only Dealership, wait a minute, I do not even feel as if they worked like a Dealership, they treated me with respect and like family, So this "Family" can and will make the impossible happen, if they were able to do this for me and mine, then I know they can do it for you and your's. On September 17th, I stoped at Atlantic Auto Group to look at a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Edition. I have been driving my 2004 Overland since then and have wanted to purchase a new one for the las look at a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Edition. He took the time to patiently listen and was genuinely interested in meeting both my needs and expectations, as this was not an inexpensive vehicle. The following morning, I received a call from Karl letting me know that a shipment of Jeeps were being off loaded at the dealership and that there was an Overland on the truck with the color interior I was interested in. I made an appointment to stop back later in the day and Karl took me out for a test drive. He took the time to explain all of the features and technology upgrades on the new model that were incredible advances compared to the one I had been driving. When we got back to dealership we ran the numbers and with the current incentives and their aggressive pricing, we were able to put the deal together. I bought it on the spot. Karl has been there for me whenever I have had an issue or a question, no matter how large or how small it has been. He even came over to my house to deliver the vehicle to me and program my garage door opener. My experience dealing with Atlantic Auto Group and Karl has truly been an amazing and wonderful experience. I would recommend Karl and the dealership to anyone shopping for a new or used car, including my family and friends. Their honesty and integrity is miles above the other dealers in the area and I thank Karl and the staff at Atlantic for going out of their way for me!
