When I mentioned using another shop it was amazing how flexible the estimate became, some people might think that was someone helping them out, but I work in business and understand a lot about margin...It was a shame the staff was so warm and welcoming but the service quoting process appears to be very broken. Dealership has significantly improved since Hanania took over from Atlantic Dodge.
