My 2021 Ram 1500 is my first truck but my 3rd Dodge. I will never buy another Dodge again. Not even 4 years old and I've had it completely die on me out of town which caused expenses not related to repa I will never buy another Dodge again. Engine light came on multiple times and each time I took it in, I was told nothing was wrong but then I'm over the warranty by 6k miles and they want $2k to replace a bad water pump. Service guy Robert was fine and his hands were tied but I'll never go back to this dealership again. I'm likely getting a GMC soon. More

The paint and body shop did some warranty paint work on my 22 Gladiator Mojave and they did a fantastic job. It looks like nothing ever happened. I've been around paint and body stuff my whole life and I k my 22 Gladiator Mojave and they did a fantastic job. It looks like nothing ever happened. I've been around paint and body stuff my whole life and I know what they did was not easy. The color matches perfectly and there is NO sign of the blend out at all. The repair was for corrosion that is pretty common on the Jeep Gladiators around the doors and tailgate. I couldn't be more happy with the workmanship. I am an aircraft mechanic and super OCD, so my standards are pretty high. The manager, Jason has also been exceptionally helpful and patient with another mater I have been dealing with. A separate company got industrial paint "over spray" all over my Jeep two weeks after I bought it and its been a gigantic hassle getting the company to cover the necessary repair work. Jason communicated directly with the company and we eventually got the work paid for. Jason is very professional and I highly recommend him and his team for any repair work you might need done. Eventually I hope I can convince him to do a full paint job on my 2005 Jeep LJ . This is not something they normally do but I know from experience it can be very difficult to find the quality work they preformed. I did not get to meet his crew but if anyone else had a part in the work, I thank you too. Great job! More
