I was greeted by Coben Balch when I arrived for my maintenance on my Jeep. I had dealt with Laurie Rumph for the 28 years that she was there before she retired and was not looking forward to dealing maintenance on my Jeep. Master liars and embodies the epitome of a bad dealership purchase experience. The finance manager who handled my purchase was fired as stated by the new finance person handling my purchase, they had me sign purchase experience. The finance manager who handled my purchase was fired as stated by the new finance person handling my purchase, they had me sign the documents again, mind that I live >50 miles from the dealership, roughly 1 hr away. Worst of all, the reason I even had to come back was because they provided documentation upon closing indicating they would repair a chip on the front windshield, when their technician indicated he could not repair it, the only safe solution is to replace it, they did not honor their own documentation and advise that I resolve it with my insurance company. I have attached the document they initially provided for me. Be mindful, scrutinize everything and question every line of data before you sign. Make sure every issue you have is addressed physically before signing anything. And if you can help it, just go somewhere else. **DISCLAIMER** The only highlight of this entire experience is my salesperson Odai, who did everything he could in his power to assist me, which was blocked all the way up to his GM.
