I had no issues with the personnel who helped me. The day I dropped off my vehicle Lauri called to update me and informed me the vehicle would stay overnight. I heard nothing from the dealership the second day and when I went to the dealership no one could tell me anything about my vehicle. No paperwork could be found nor was there any information in the computer. A little frustrating. Jen said she would call me the next morning, which she did, and my vehicle was ready by early afternoon with an $800.00 battery replacement. More
