I hardly ever remember to do reviews, but this will be my second review, so that is saying plenty. I am usually a creature of habit, so I typically like to see the same faces. I have been getting my Jeep serviced at this dealership for years, and although I was initially a little hesitant when a saw more new faces, they have completely won me over, and I am so thankful for them. I unfortunately have a hard time remembering names, but when I get my Jeep serviced, I am greeted warmly with a smile and even that simple gesture means a lot to me. I mainly work with Amber, and she has been a life saver and always goes that extra mile. She was the one who told me that it would be best for me to trade my Jeep in because of how much it would cost to get fixed. She was right of course, but I don't think I would have readily listened to anyone else give me that news. My schedule is very busy, and no matter what obstacles have presented themselves with vehicle, Amber has always been there to help calm me(dealing with car issues is not my favorite) and always figure out a solution that works for me. She even handpicked the sales associate to work with me on finding a new vehicle. It was someone she knew I would be comfortable with. If it wasn't for Amber, I'd probably still be looking for a new vehicle and being disappointed with the experience. I was in my new vehicle within 1wk(I could have been in it sooner, but my schedule was crazy). Amber saved me a lot of time, and money. I always work with Amber in the service department, and she is always kind, caring, and has always taken care of me. I have grown to trust her and appreciate the extra mile she goes to help her customers. When I found out I needed a new vehicle, Amber listened to my concerns about car shopping and thoughtfully linked me with sales person, John Mcquain(Jack). Jack listened to all of the things that were important to me, and never tried to pressure me into a vehicle I didn't want. He was completely honest and transparent with me the entire time. Actually everyone, including the manager and finance team were straightforward and honest. If there was ever a concern, they listened and made sure I was happy and got the car I wanted in the end. I wish I could remember everyone's name. I went from hating the car buying experience to laughing and smiling the whole time. I value honesty and integrity greatly, and they were not lacking in that department. I was VERY well taken care, and can not say enough great things about my experience.
