I recently had a fantastic experience with the service department at Atlantic Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in St. Augustine, Florida. Despite not purchasing my 2020 Jeep Gladiator from them, they were incredib department at Atlantic Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in St. Augustine, Florida. Despite not purchasing my 2020 Jeep Gladiator from them, they were incredibly helpful and efficient in diagnosing and repairing my vehicle. The technicians quickly identified the issue and were able to complete the necessary repairs within a few hours. Their expertise and prompt service were truly impressive. I was very satisfied with the quality of work and the overall experience. I would highly recommend Atlantic Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram to anyone in need of Jeep service. To be fair - Atlantic Jeep had JUST been transferred to Hanania Jeep. So, MAYBE I took my Compass to Hanania Jeep for service before all the kinks were worked out. Service's call back with status did not Hanania Jeep. So, MAYBE I took my Compass to Hanania Jeep for service before all the kinks were worked out. Service's call back with status did not happen. I had to call each day. But I would give them another go at sevice later. BUT! I have a major concern! And, again to be fair, it may not be with the Service Center. Major concern - I had to pay $1,100 for the replcement of the two batteries on the Compass!! $1,100!! That is ridiculous!! I had to get the Compass towed into Hanania - It would not start! So they had me. I would have had to get the Compass towed AGAIN to take it somewhere else. When I complained the only response was that the replacements were Mopar 3 year warranty unlimited (I don't think that is anything special from other brands' offers) . Maybe my complaint is with Mopar! No other less expensive alternate was brought up. Dealers should really have a couple of alterntates on batteries. But I guess they are bound to Mopar. I'm not! My lesson from this is to NOT take non-emergency service to dealers. Hanania - send this review to Mopar. They are costing you servicing business!! More
