Atlantic Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram - Service Center

Took Jeep to have tire repaired because of a nail in tire. Told not repairable. Asked if it was under warranty, said"no" Tire has 5400 miles on it. I thought the Jeep had some type of warranty. Was told tire. Told not repairable. Asked if it was under warranty, said"no" Tire has 5400 miles on it. I thought the Jeep had some type of warranty. Was told tires were not part of the warranty as they were a seperate pirchase of the car. Told them I paid $62,000 for a car with tires which should be covered under warranty. Denied. I have an orde4r from you for a replacement tire for over $300. Absurd. This is the second time you facility has denied a request from me. When I bought the Jeep I got a temporary registration and wanted to register it in New York. Guess what, no front license plate bracket. NY requires a front and rear plate. I called salesman, Jaelin and he told me I would have to purchase a bracket from the parts dept. I paid top price, $ 62,000 and I have to buy a bracket to mount my plate. I will not remain silent about my total dissatisfaction with ATLANTIC DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM. I will voice my feelings on social media, Internet sites, neighborhood HOA newsletters and other devices to be sure it is heard throughout the St Augustine area. More

I made an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived I was told I didn’t need one. I waited 2 and a half hours. Thirty minutes later as I stood at the desk and was ignored by the two people working there one finally walked over to my invoice and keys that had been sitting there for quite some time. Atlantic Dodge Chrysler has been an exceptional dealer for us for 26+ years., both purchasing and service (and unfortunately we found out their body shop is excellent twice…never want to have someone hit for us for 26+ years., both purchasing and service (and unfortunately we found out their body shop is excellent twice…never want to have someone hit you!) I went in for an oil change and the name is changing to Hanania Chrysler. Most of the same people were there, and the service was still top notch. We’re especially glad the new owner retained Laurie Rumpf, who has been writing service tickets for us for 25 years. She provides top notch customer service. She knows us and asks about other members of mt family who she has met over the years when we came in for service. I’m glad if Michael had to sell the store, that he sold it to a local owner. I hope the next 26 years with Hanania are as good as Mr. Lowe and his team made the last 26. More
