Made an appt for a recall fix. Staff was helpful getting me checked in and I let them know I would be waiting for it. I was glad to see plenty of waiting room space in the regular room and also in the pre-o me checked in and I let them know I would be waiting for it. I was glad to see plenty of waiting room space in the regular room and also in the pre-owned sales area so I could distance from others easily. When I made the appt i was told it would be 30 mins, however I waited 1.5 hours until I texted the number to check on the status. I immediately got a phone call stating that my car was all done. Not sure how long it had been done but I did get a good amount of my book read! Staff was very professional and waiting area was clean. I would still recommend however I'd like the wait time estimate to be a bit more accurate. More
