I had recently visited Atlantic Honda to get my passenger wheels fixed. I received a courtesy vehicle with a 1/4 tank of gas.... also I was told the cars were sanitized and cleaned... there were rappers all wheels fixed. I received a courtesy vehicle with a 1/4 tank of gas.... also I was told the cars were sanitized and cleaned... there were rappers all over the car which is clearly a sign of poor cleanliness. When I picked my vehicle up the rims were dirty and had low tire pressure. I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism overall at this dealership. More

I waited nearly four hours for an oil change and inspection while I was told it would only take 2 hours maximum. Than I was charged extra for the the disposal fee and installation of my wipers ridic inspection while I was told it would only take 2 hours maximum. Than I was charged extra for the the disposal fee and installation of my wipers ridiculous prices should include everything at once not added to your bill afterwards More

Most of the employees weren’t wearing any masks or just had them partially on. Zero enforcement of 6 feet apart for customers. Had a 1pm appointment.
