I used to really love Honda and they used to be accommodating and listen to their customers concerns, but they couldn’t care less anymore. Told them about my concerns and they didn’t even bother t accommodating and listen to their customers concerns, but they couldn’t care less anymore. Told them about my concerns and they didn’t even bother to listen. The receptionists at the desk are so rude and have nasty attitudes. They are very impersonal and didn’t even bother to make eye contact as they were assisting me. One girl even had her air pods in her ears and she was helping me! Absurd! They are very unfriendly. Honda needs to get it together! More

Horrible customer service. I had warranty work done and got the car back with rattles and broken items. Told me they didn’t hear rattle while not adding a single mile to odometer and never called me back t got the car back with rattles and broken items.
