I travel 45 mins each way to go to that dealership, rather than the one 3 miles from my home, bc they are sooooo much nicer to deal with. This time, however, I went in for an “express” oil change and it took 2 1/2 hours- they said they were badly backed up, when I inquired, after an hour and a half had gone by. While I understand that happens, the service person taking in my vehicle should have disclosed that before they took my car away, in which case I would have made my decision about whether or not to reschedule the oil change for a better time. Other wise I would have given a 5 star rating. Love Atlantic Honda! More

After I returned they couldnt find my keys. She finally told me they were probably washing it I should wait snd wave the valet down. After waiting my car wasnt being washed. Went back inside to ask where my car was. It was only then that they sent a valet to find my car which was parked sinewhere. More
