Issue not resolved I am the owner to a 2016 Honda Civic. Suddenly, the AC stopped working. I took the car to the Bay Shore dealer; where I originally purchased the car. I was told that it could not be fixed because I no longer was covered under warranty. I called Honda and they explained to me that the warranty was active until 60,000. My car currently has 43,000 miles. I was also incorrectly charged at the dealer for labor rate. More

Quick and painless transaction. Went in to purchase a CPO Honda and was met by "Uncle Mike" Leopold. Mike was nice to work with and wasn't applying pressure on the sale. He listened to our needs and guided us through the differences in the vehicles considered. Mike L is probably the most senior salesman and I would buy through him again. Dealership - while it has all the hallmarks of a typical dealership, it did stand out in other ways that were nice. Coffee machine with premium coffee, plenty of room in the lounge, complimentary washes with service appts. The finance employee offered me a few warranties which is standard operation but when I said no thanks he took my answer and said thanks and told me he would advance my paperwork - my "no" at other dealerships has been disputed for the entire paperwork process in the past. The warranties were decent but the already included coverage is very substantial as well. You can buy cars on the spot in the same day here. If you're ready for a car and have done your research you can have it all done in a few hours. In the past I've waited days for a car to be ready for sale. The car had new tires and brakes and is essentially immaculate. More
