Hassle Free Experience I wanted a specific pre-certified used car they had listed on their website. I called to confirm availability and set up an appointment. My salesman I wanted a specific pre-certified used car they had listed on their website. I called to confirm availability and set up an appointment. My salesman Juan, was awesome. I told him exactly what I wanted and he showed me nothing more! We mutually respected each other's time. After my test drive we negotiated pricing and made a deal. He even agreed to drive the vehicle to my mechanic for him to look over. The only thing keeping me from getting the vehicle quicker was the recall. I had to wait almost a week before it was ready. The Manager, Richie, was also great to work with. He and Juan spent time going over everything with me and although I was buying a used vehicle "as is", they were kind enough to offer to fix cosmetic things for me at no cost. I would recommend this dealership, and the folks I dealt with to friends and family. It was truly hassle free for me. Thank you More

sales staff My Wife and I came in to look at a just arrived Odyssey, but it was in for service and unavailable to view due to the fact that it was Sunday. Talked My Wife and I came in to look at a just arrived Odyssey, but it was in for service and unavailable to view due to the fact that it was Sunday. Talked with Anthony Cucinella and he apologized for not being able to show us the car. He said he would give us a call when available. We returned on Wednesday 7/26/17 and met with Anthony again and Richard LoBraico (Pre-Owned Manager). They both were dedicated to getting us into this vehicle. They answered all of our questions and resolved a few issues we had with the car. They were also able to get us a great finance rate that enabled the monthly payment to be within our budget. Never put any pressure on us to make the purchase. Indeed, the opposite. Both worked with us in eliminating any concerns we may have shown. We made the purchase and returned on Friday 7/28/2017 and finalized all the paperwork and left with a vehicle my wife was very pleased with.
