His expertise, professionalism, and super welcoming demeanor made all the difference in our car shopping experience. The dealership itself was very inviting, bright, and had a great energy as soon as we stepped in the door. Car shopping can be a lengthy experience but the team at Atlantic Honda provided many amenities and comfort just as seating area, beverages, snacks such as hot dogs, popcorn, and freshly baked cookies - all at no charge. By far the best experience ever! Jesus is amazing - we left the dealer with the biggest smile on our face ... We are super happy with our new Accord - with many thanks to Jesus for his expertise and super customer service skills!! The managers and service center had to get involved because of cosmetic damage done to the car during storage/transport, and they worked hard and quickly to fix it--perfectly. Then the salesman (after the sale!) spent a lot of time teaching me all of the many features and electronic controls (which are many). This is about my 5th car purchase, and I've never been more pleased with what is usually a long and frustrating experience. But not this time. Truly 5 stars all around. More
